The approach

PixelProperty is a one-person studio run by a photographer and videographer based in France, working exclusively with estate agents and private sellers. I shoot the spaces you're trying to move — and I shoot them to be believed.

Every listing gets the same treatment: wide-angle interiors that keep rooms honest, exteriors at the hour that flatters the facade, and a twilight pass that turns a house into a home before a buyer ever steps through the door. For the agents who want more than stills, I produce walkthrough video, aerial drone footage, and 360° virtual tours.

I shoot on a full-frame body with a tilt-shift lens for architecture and a gimbal-mounted camera for smooth interior video. Everything is colour-graded to a consistent, natural palette — no over-saturation, no gimmicks. The goal is simple: your listing looks like the property, at its best.
